Hi, I'm Olivia Morrissette. From a young age, I've been passionate about health, constantly seeking knowledge through articles, podcasts, and (of course) TikTok. However, my own health journey took a turn during college, where recurrent illness and reliance on antibiotics led me to feel like I wasn't truly living. Despite efforts to improve my health through fitness and diet, working in a toxic corporate environment left me drained, overweight, and struggling with stress-related issues. Determined to reclaim my well-being, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, integrating holistic approaches and personalized insights from lab work, ultimately transforming my life. 

I know how hard and helpless it can be when you feel like you have tried everything, but I urge you to not give up and take control of your health along with my guidance and support throughout the way.

I really believe my purpose in life is to empower others to take their health into their own hands and live the life that they deserve--happy, healthy, fulfilled.
